Games will be played rain or shine unless there is severe weather. We will send a league wide email to notify all players of any cancellations.
We are closely monitoring the situation involving the coronavirus pandemic and are cautiously optimistic that we will be able to begin the season as scheduled. In the event that we are unable to do so, we will make every effort to reschedule games throughout the course of the fall and will issue a prorated refund (based on a 5 game season) for games that are not played. In the event that we are unable to host any games due to the pandemic, we will provide all registered players with a full credit for a future league or a partial refund.
In all other situations, no refunds will be issued. In the event that we have to cancel individual games due to inclement weather, we will provide a pro-rated refund based on the number of games played. Five games (regular season and playoffs/consolation) constitutes a "season" - i.e. no refunds will be issued after five games are played.
