Buffalo Women's Summer League 2024

All players 18 and older are welcome to join the league. Sign up as a full team, partial team, or as a free agent and we'll put you on a team. Games will be played once a week. We invite lacrosse players of all abilities to join.

Team sizes 20-25 players.

Field Location: Kevin T. Keane Sports Park at Nardin Academy

League Format:
  • Two divisions: Open & Elite
    • Open: This division will be mainly made up of newly formed teams and players who have prep/varsity high school or college club playing experience. Some players will have limited experience and some players will be advanced.
    • Elite: This division will be mainly made up of advanced to elite level players. These players may have professional, NCAA or high level club college playing experience.

    The Cost:
    -Standard Registration Fee: $130/player (through May 17th)
    -Late Registration Fee: $150/player (after May 17th)
    -Registration Closes after May 31st

    The Cost Per Player Includes:
  • 6-8 Scheduled Games (Weather Permitting)
  • Championship Tournament For Top Teams
  • ULAX Jersey (Custom Unis permitted with pre-approved by the league)
  • Photos and Stats
  • Champion Shirts for the Winners
  • ALL GAMES ARE REFFED BY CERTIFIED OFFICIALS
  • National Championship 2024 Qualifier: Elite Division League champions will receive an automatic bid to the ULAX '24 National Championship tournament.

  • Wednesday, June 26th (7pm - 10pm)
  • Wednesday, July 3rd NO GAMES
  • Wednesday, July 10th (7pm - 10pm)
  • Wednesday, July 17th (7pm - 10pm)
  • Wednesday, July 24th (7pm - 10pm)
  • Wednesday, July 31st (7pm - 10pm ) playoffs
  • Wednesday, August 7th (7pm - 10pm) playoffs and/or championship
    • Once the schedule is finalized it can be found here.
    Make-up games may be played on a different day/time and location.


    Note: Tiebreaker, if necessary, will be based on GF/GA differential.

    Building your own team? Submit your team here!

    Playing with friends? Sign up as a free agent, enter the names of the players in your group in the "Names of friends also registering in this league" field when registering (all players in the group must register prior to the deadline to guarantee placement on the same team).

    Signing up solo? Register as a free agent and we'll place you on a team (space is limited)

    NOTE: All players must pay via PayPal to complete registration, however, you do not need a PayPal account to do so, just have a Debit / Credit card ready when registering.

    Weather Policy:
    Games will be played rain or shine unless there is severe weather. We will send a league wide email to notify all players of any cancellations.

    Refund Policy:
    No refunds. In the event we have to cancel the season due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., state restrictions), we will provide a pro-rated credit based on the number of games played. Five games constitutes a "season" - i.e. No credits will be issued after five games.
