As the game wore on, the physicality increased, with both teams delivering big checks, competing for every ground ball, and refusing to back down. Despite Bronx Science's determination, Lock Jaw's balanced performance on both ends of the field proved to be the difference. Their stifling defense, exceptional play in goal, and consistent offensive pressure were simply too much to overcome. When the final whistle sounded, Lock Jaw secured a convincing 10-1 victory, capping off another impressive performance and continuing to establish themselves as one of the league's top contenders as the ULAX summer season rolls on.

Paddy Power pulled away with a strong offensive performance to earn a 9-6 win over the Jackals. John Roth led the way with four goals, while Joseph Cavagnaro and AJ Borowski each added two. The Jackals were paced by Cody McClean with two goals, and their goalie made seven saves in the effort.

The second game of Week 3 saw The Birds take on Bay Ridge, and from the opening whistle, The Birds wasted no time taking control. Their offense came out firing on all cylinders, building a commanding lead early behind crisp ball movement, aggressive dodges, and clinical finishing around the cage. The Birds showcased plenty of offensive firepower throughout the contest, consistently finding the back of the net and keeping pressure on Bay Ridge's defense. Every possession seemed to produce another quality scoring chance as they continued to extend their advantage. Despite the deficit, Bay Ridge never stopped competing. Their determination paid off with a milestone moment as they scored their first goal of the ULAX season, igniting their sideline and giving the team something to build on. The offense continued to battle throughout the game, finishing with three goals—an encouraging sign of the tremendous progress they've made since the opening week of the season. While the final score favored The Birds, Bay Ridge's effort and resilience stood out as they fought until the final whistle. In the end, The Birds' explosive offense proved to be too much to overcome, as they earned a convincing 17-3 victory to continue their strong run through the ULAX summer season.

The Fellas edged out the Jackals in a back-and-forth battle, holding on for a 10-9 victory. The Jackals got multi-goal performances from #29, and #27, while the goalie turned aside 11 shots. The Fellas were powered by hat tricks from #20, #11, and #55, with #4 adding the game-winning tally.

Week 3 of the ULAX summer season opened with a marquee matchup as the league's two unbeaten teams, Bronx Lacrosse and the Risk Takers, squared off in a game that lived up to every expectation. From the opening faceoff, both teams showcased why they entered the night at the top of the standings. Bronx Lacrosse struck first and built an early 3-1 advantage, but the Risk Takers answered with two consecutive goals to even the score at 3-3. The first half continued to feature end-to-end action before Bronx found another gear, scoring three key goals to take a 6-4 lead into halftime. The second half turned into a defensive battle. The Risk Takers tightened up on the defensive end, and their goalkeeper came up with several clutch saves, allowing just one Bronx goal after the break. Their defense gave the offense every opportunity to complete the comeback. The Risk Takers continued to battle, scoring two second-half goals to pull within one, but Bronx Lacrosse's goalkeeper delivered one spectacular save after another in the closing minutes. His standout performance between the pipes preserved the narrow lead and denied every late comeback attempt. When the final whistle sounded, Bronx Lacrosse escaped with a thrilling 7-6 victory, remaining unbeaten while handing the Risk Takers their first loss of the season. It was a playoff-caliber contest filled with momentum swings, outstanding defense, and elite goaltending—one of the best games of the ULAX summer season so far.
