Superstar attackman Alan Columbo buried a bouncer to the five-hole for the game winner for BeerLeaguue with nine seconds remaining in a dramatic opening night game. The Bear-Os led for 48 minutes of the game till the BL tied it at 12 with two minutes remaining. BL then took the lead at 13-12 with a minute left. From there a quick outlet from the Bear-Os keeper tied the game at 13! The last 47 seconds turned out to be tense with a short flurry of passes to find Columbo for the GWG. Weather was clear skies under the lights and temps in the mid 50s in Olympia.

The Goerne Cup is a memorial tournament honoring Michael Goerne, a driven individual and dedicated lacrosse player who suddenly and tragically lost his life in February 2019 at age 37.

An exciting start to the fall season as Ghost LC squeaks by Sheridan Hollow LC in overtime. Samuel White was the hero in OT, scoring a bounce shot as he ran down the middle of the field. Sheridan Hollow LC fought until the end and goalie CJ Alessandrini kept them in the game with 5 great saves.

After going up early, the Grizz kept their foot on the gas and never looked back. With 8 different players recording a point, the Grizz cruised to their first victory of the season.
