Congrats to jokers_nyc and the Dead LeNucks, our 2026 Liberty Cup Champions!

The Dead LeNucks, a combination team of Dead Rabbits LC Lenny & The Boys Lacrosse Club and NYC Canucks Lacrosse Club players, had their foot on the gas all day and never looked back. jokers_nyc battled with the reigning Liberty Cup & National Champions Wild Cards Lacrosse which ended in an 8-7 win for the Jokers.

By winning the Liberty Cup, both teams have punched their ticket to Nationals in Las Vegas! Who else will be punching their ticket? Stay tuned to find out as our summer leagues wrap up. Keep an eye out for Fall league registration for your next shot to earn a bid to Nationals!

Harlem won again in this evenings game, despite stubborn resistance from Trident. Sportsmanship was exhibited by both sides.

Two teams with a storied history faced off in the last game of the night. Ever since the Mustangs ended the Chiefs seven-time championship run these teams have brought the utmost competition against one another and tonight was no different. The Mustangs carried a three goal lead at halftime but the Chiefs weren't done yet with A. Dahms (#9) scoring two goals, helping the Chiefs reach a six-six tie which induced a five minute overtime session. The battle was legendary but the Mustangs won out in the end.

The Red Rockets rode their high into their second game of the night losing none of the momentum from their earlier performance. Despite the Centurions best efforts the Red Rockets maintained a two goal lead for the entirety of the game, with the match ending in a 5-3 score in the Red Rockets favor.

The Red Rockets stepped up to the plate to face the Mud Dogs who were riding high off their win against Malibu. From every face-off however, coach Mateo Lopez-Quintana (#28) brought his team back from a four goal deficit by halftime. The competition was fierce, with the score tied at 5-5 with only seven minutes left on the clock. Again both teams scored on each other and once more until the score sat at 7-7 in overtime. Again Coach Mateo won the face-off and critically, the ball made it to mid-fielder O. Romero (#31) who scored an incredible top bar shot to win the game for the Red Rockets.

The Lime Greens took the last frame of the summer 14-5 under perfect conditions at the RAC. In the inaugural ULAX high school summer at the RAC, Stadium/NK, aka the Blue Crew/Blue Demons came up short but walked away with the bragging rights and the Champ t-shirts. The Lime Greens/Olympia controlled the faceoffs and the ball to race to a 8-2 halftime lead. The second half was much of the same with both goalies holding their own in the nets. The overwhelming feeling over the summer was one of ease and enjoyment for the players and the families who lined the sidelines every Monday. Look forward to doing the same next summer with more teams!

The final game of Week 5 featured one of the most anticipated matchups of the season as the Risk Takers squared off against Lock Jaw in a physical battle between two of the league's top teams. From the opening faceoff, the Risk Takers looked like a team with something to prove. Their offense came out firing on all cylinders, moving the ball with precision and finding the corners of the net with impressive finishing. Unselfish passing and excellent communication allowed them to generate quality scoring chances throughout the first half, as they played some of their best team lacrosse of the season. Lock Jaw refused to back down. They matched the intensity with a gritty, physical performance, making this the hardest-hitting game of the night. Every ground ball was contested, every loose ball turned into a battle, and both teams delivered big checks that kept the energy high from start to finish. Despite Lock Jaw's relentless effort, the Risk Takers maintained control behind their balanced offensive attack and disciplined play. Whenever Lock Jaw threatened to make a run, the Risk Takers answered with another timely goal or key defensive stop to keep the momentum on their side. When the final whistle sounded, the Risk Takers walked away with an impressive 11-6 victory, sending a message to the rest of the league that they remain one of the premier teams in the ULAX summer season. It was a complete team performance and a statement win against one of the league's toughest opponents.

In the first game of their double-header, the Mud Dogs faced the Malibu Lacrosse Club. From the start Malibu goaltender J. Medwin (#28) faced intense pressure from the Mud Dogs offense but made an impressive ten saves throughout the game. For the Mud Dogs part, O. Bixon (#15), H. Jean (#23) and J. Paul (#10) all scored two goals each for their team. The final score was 10-1 in the Mud Dogs favor.

Week 5 of the ULAX summer season began with a competitive showdown as Bronx Science took on The Birds in a game that featured strong defensive play and momentum swings from start to finish. Bronx Science came out firing, finding the back of the net first to take an early lead. The Birds responded shortly after, and from there the first half turned into a tactical battle. Both defenses played outstanding lacrosse, limiting quality scoring opportunities and forcing tough shots. Neither team was able to gain much separation, and the evenly matched contest headed into halftime deadlocked at 4-4. The Birds came out of the break with renewed energy and grabbed their first lead of the game early in the second half. While Bronx Science continued to battle and showed the tremendous improvement they've made throughout the season, The Birds answered every challenge with timely goals and disciplined defense. As the clock wound down, The Birds controlled possession, protected their lead, and closed out the game with a strong finish. Their balanced effort on both ends of the field secured an 8-5 victory in one of the most competitive games of the week. Although the result favored The Birds, Bronx Science continued to prove how far they have come this season, battling until the final whistle and showing they can compete with anyone in the league.

In a close back and forth game the legends and dawgs game ended 5-5 in a tie!

Goal Diggers with a great performance with 7 different goal scorers tonight. O. Bardeschewski for ROC Stars had 4 goals on the night.

The Dawgs capitalized on the tired Hawks and took them donw winning 11-2.

Big Dill was quick on their feet during this game beating Valkyries on the fast breaks.

Hawks battled it out with the Nuked and were able to hold on to their lead in the second half.

In a thrilling end of season game, Peaked In Highschool was able to come away with a tight 9-7 win to end the summer season and ties the series with Just Dudes. Fantastic goalie play and quick offense carried them to victory here. With the conclusion of the season, many players will return to their respective schools for the continuation of their MCLA, NAIA, and NCAA careers, while we look forward to the new faces that will be joining ULAX for the upcoming fall season. We thank all who participated on and off the fields to make this season happen!

The season wraps up on a high note for the Coyotes winning 4-2 over the Titans.

The Herd edged the Big Ballers 10-9 in one of the most exciting games of the season, scoring the game-winning goal in the final minutes after a back-and-forth battle all game long. The Big Ballers were led by #8 Brochu and #7 Walsh, who each recorded a hat trick, while goalie #52 Ebert turned in another stellar performance with eight incredible saves. The Herd answered with a balanced offensive attack, led by #39 Bouz's hat trick. #27 Capello and #31 Imbeault each added two goals, and goalie #47 Howe came up with seven key saves to help preserve the thrilling victory!

Drunk on Defense outlasted the Goal Diggers 9-8 in a nail-biting overtime battle, with the game-winning goal coming in the final seconds of the first overtime period. It was a back-and-forth contest from start to finish, keeping everyone on the edge of their seats until the very end. Drunk on Defense was led by #18 Hunt, who scored five goals, while #9 Donovan finished with two goals, two assists, and the dramatic overtime game-winner. Goalie #24 Piechota came through with six clutch saves in the second half and overtime to help seal the victory. The Goal Diggers put together a tremendous effort behind #15's four-goal performance and two goals from #1 Knowlton. Goalie #22 McCartney was outstanding between the pipes, making 11 incredible saves while playing every minute of the game.

Tobias Cukierman nets two goals for B/ EBK.

The Stars shone on Championship Sunday, taking down Shake n' Bake in a 12-7 win. After a near undefeated regular season, Shake n' Bake fell to the Stars in their final game of the regular season in a three goal loss. Bonaparte and Kilrain of the Stars looked to repeat that success and managed a hat trick, each, during the Championship bout. Seidel had his moves for Shake n' Bake, though, netting a hat trick himself for the dancing squad. The Stars supernova at the exact right time to take home the Champ t-shirts. Can they repeat in the Fall league? Come join us next season to find out!

Wyatt Parker nets 6 G's for Talon.

After ending the season 2-3, the Tigers clawed home the Championship against the Vipers. O'Neill led the charge offensively for the Tigers, with a sock trick on the day alongside four other goal scorers. The Vipers continued to sting, though, and even lead the game at the end of the 1st. Freebody of the Vipers had a hat trick and the Vipers shared the love with five total goal scorers. The Tigers take home the much coveted t-shirts after Championship weekend. We can't wait to see everyone back in the fall!
