The complex is located between downtown Denver and DIA airport. It is a little more than a mile north of the intersection of I-70 and Quebec Street.

If utilizing public transportation the #88 RTD bus route stops right at the corner of the complex, on the corner of 56th & Quebec.

The complex was budgeted at $131 million and included construction of the stadium, playing fields, and infrastructure improvements leading to the complex.
