Games will be played rain or shine unless there is severe weather. We will send a league wide email to notify all players of any cancellations and post on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
We are closely monitoring the situation involving the coronavirus pandemic and are cautiously optimistic that we will be able to begin the season as scheduled. In the event that we are unable to do so, we will make every effort to reschedule games throughout the course of the fall and will issue a prorated refund (based on a 5 game season) for games that are not played. In the event that we are unable to host any games due to the pandemic, we will provide all registered players with a credit, refund or other options.
In all other situations, no refunds will be issued. In the event that we have to cancel individual games due to inclement weather, we will provide a pro-rated refund based on the number of games played. Five games constitutes a "season" - i.e. no refunds will be issued after five games.
*FORFEIT RULE - If your team forfeits two or more games you are disqualified from playoffs.
