All players 18 and older are welcome to join the league. Sign up as a full team, partial team, or as a free agent and we'll put you on a team. Games will be played once a week. We invite lacrosse players of all abilities to join. (Rising Varsity players are also welcome with parent/guardian signature)

Building your own team? Email us your team name and we'll get it up on the site for your players to begin registering.
Playing with friends? Sign up as a free agent, enter the names of the players in your group in the "friends who also play in this league" field when registering (all players in the group must register prior to the deadline to guarantee placement on the same team).
Signing up solo? Register as a free agent and we'll place you on a team (space is limited)
NOTE: All players must pay via PayPal to complete registration, however, you do not need a PayPal account to do so, just have a Debit / Credit card ready when registering.

ULAX HEALTH GUIDELINES TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19:
Players, staff and coaches must self screen for any of the following new or worsening signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19 immediately prior to coming to the field each week and refrain from attending the game if you are experiencing any of these worsening signs or symptoms: Cough, Sore Throat, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Loss of taste or smell, Chills, Diarrhea, Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit, Muscle pain, Headache, Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19;
Players, staff and coaches will be asked: (a) to confirm that they have followed the self- screening procedures outlined above; and (b) regarding participation outside of this area (ie “In the past week have you participated in a sporting event outside of the state or in a locality of Virginia in which the Governor has enacted additional restrictions to mitigate the spread of COVID-19) - if yes, the player will be ineligible to participate in the league for 14-days from the date of the sporting event. Players responses to inquiries (a) and (b) above will be noted and maintained until 14-days following the final event of the season;
Players must put on equipment prior to coming to the field, leaving all personal items (e.g., equipment bag), other than personal water bottle, at home/in vehicle;
Players, coaches and staff (including officials) must wear a face covering (e.g., gaiter) if physical distancing requirements cannot be maintained (exception: players on the playing field);
Pre-game, in game and post game team/group huddles are discouraged;
No shared water coolers.The total number of attendees cannot exceed 50, per field.
Players, coaches and staff must leave the field immediately if they experience any of the following new or worsening signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19: Cough, Sore Throat, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Loss of taste or smell, Chills, Diarrhea, Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit, Muscle pain, Headache, Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19;
Players, coaches and staff (including officials) must wear a face covering if physical distancing requirements cannot be maintained (exception: players on the field);
Players should consider wearing a face covering (e.g., gaiter) or mask, to the extent possible, when on the field;
Finesse (e.g., ball movement, body positioning) over physical play is encouraged.
Hitting and Body Checking will be limited (always play the ball if there is a choice).
No post-game handshakes/high fives;
Players and coaches should immediately leave the field area once their game has ended;
Minimize in-person contact with any person 65 years of age or older, especially those with pre-existing health conditions, for a period of 14 days. This includes maintaining social distancing of at least 6 feet of separation from those individuals, wearing a face covering or mask, and avoiding sharing utensils or other common objects with those individuals.
There will be a limit of two spectators per player until further notice.
Games will be played rain or shine unless there is severe weather. We will send a league wide email to notify all players of any cancellations.
No refunds. In the event we have to cancel the season due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., state restrictions), we will provide a pro-rated credit based on the number of games played. Five games constitutes a "season" - i.e. No credits will be issued after five games.
