Director Danny Seibel began his coaching career with the Top Gun Littlenecks in 2013, and moved on to coach the Top Gun Fighting Clams from 2015-2021. In 2020, Coach Seibel was the assistant coach at the Belmont Hill School in Belmont, MA. Coach Seibel has worked privately, helping offensive players develop as shooters, dodgers and all around better lacrosse players. Currently Coach Seibel volunteers at Manhattan College focusing on the Jaspers offense.

Coach Seibel attended Villanova University. At Villanova, Coach Seibel accumulated 102 goals and 22 assists during his career, ranking him 6th all-time in goals in Villanova program history. In 2018 Coach Seibel, as team captain, led Villanova to their first NCAA tournament since 2011 and earned 2nd team All-Big East and USILA north/south All-Star in the process. After college Coach, Seibel spent 2 years with the Boston Cannons of Major League Lacrosse.
