In a commanding display of skill and strategy, the Gamecocks Lacrosse Club defeated the Brewins Lacrosse Club 9-4 to capture the championship in a dominant, one-sided affair. From the opening faceoff, the Gamecocks seized control of the game, showing relentless offensive pressure and an airtight defense that kept the Brewins at bay throughout the contest. The Gamecocks wasted no time getting on the board, quickly taking a 3-0 lead in the first half. Their offense was fast-paced and efficient, creating numerous scoring opportunities and converting with precision. The Brewins struggled to find any offensive rhythm, as the Gamecocks’ defense shut down every attempt at a comeback. Despite a few chances, the Brewins couldn’t break through, and the Gamecocks went into halftime with a commanding 5-1 lead. In the second half, the Gamecocks continued their dominance. They added three more goals to their tally, extending their lead to 8-2. The Brewins showed brief signs of life, managing to score two quick goals in the final minutes of the game to pull within 8-4, but it was too little, too late. The Gamecocks maintained their composure, efficiently managing the clock and ensuring that no further damage was done. With just over two minutes remaining, the Gamecocks sealed their victory with a final goal, making it 9-4 and putting the game completely out of reach. Their balanced attack and solid defense never allowed the Brewins a real chance to make a comeback. The Gamecocks' victory was a testament to their all-around strength. Their offense was fluid and opportunistic, while their defense stifled any attempt by the Brewins to gain momentum. In goal, the Gamecocks’ keeper made crucial stops, maintaining the team’s comfortable lead. The well-rounded team effort ensured the Gamecocks’ 9-4 win and secured their championship title, solidifying their place as the top lacrosse club of the season.

The resilience and spirit of team Malibu was not enough to beat the motivated players on the Trojans who, since their entry into ULAX rosters have consistently played as an effective force both on offense and defense thanks to the leadership of coach and player J. Van Nostrand (#43). The final score was 11-3 in the Trojans favor.

In a battle between young and old, new and seasoned players, a revitalized West Express used their momentum which they carried throughout the entire season to convincingly smash the Chiefs winning record after the Mustangs win in the last season. This makes it the second time in a row which the Chiefs has not won the championship game. Team West Express, which carries a storied legacy of its own, can add this achievement to their belt. The final score was 10-4 in West Express's favor.

Team Malibu's defense was met with the dynamic and coordinated West Express offense, resulting in only a few saves being made by the Malibu goaltenders which Malibu responded with by scoring two goals on West Express to no avail, the final score would be 14-2 in West Express's favor West Express 7 - Malibu 2 Second half to be played starting at 7:30 pm. Winner advances to Championship at 8pm. Loser plays at 9pm.

After trailing 4-2 at the half, the Average Joe's came out blazing in the second to take the game by a two goal margin. Extra runners certainly helped a depleted Mike's squad. B. Burning led the Joe's with 3 goals, 1 assist, while D. Ormond, and P. Tanguay each had 2 goals, 1 assist. A. Caris was also dialed in with some impressive lock down defense. For Mike and the Boy's it was P. Mckay again, punching in 2 goals on the day to raise his season leading 13 goals. V. Toher also had 2 goals.

The River Dogs came out barking against the ALX Alums in the season Championship. They took the opening face-off and goal in the opening minute, but the Alums were quick to respond with a goal of their own. Dogs managed to keep fetching goals on the Alums, hitting a 4-4 tie midway into the first. The Alums found their seniority late into the 1st and went into the second with a 7-4 lead. Managing four more goals in quick time, the Alums opened up an 11-4 gap thanks to hat tricks once again from Tom Conlin and Bryce Nalls. The Dogs kept biting and came back to put four more of their own, but not enough to close the 7 goal gap. The Alums end their season without a single loss and dominant play across the board.

In a nail-biting exchange of shots and maneuvers, the Trojans put up their greatest fight yet against the Chiefs. The struggle was futile though, and despite incredible goals from R. Lopez (#27) and L. Carrick (#26), the Chiefs under the leadership of coach H. Alperin sealed the deal in the second half. The final score was 5-4 in the Chiefs favor.

In a thrilling showdown, the Gamecocks and the Brewins went head-to-head in a game filled with intensity and drama. The Brewins took the lead early on, but the Gamecocks responded quickly, and the teams traded goals throughout regulation. Every time one team scored, the other answered back, keeping the score knotted and the fans on edge. By the end of regulation, the game was tied 5-5, with both teams exhausted yet determined to claim victory. In sudden death overtime, it was the Gamecocks who found the golden opportunity. Breaking through the Brewins’ defense, they netted the winning goal to secure a nail-biting 6-5 victory. The Gamecocks celebrated their hard-fought win, while the Brewins were left to regroup after a heart-stopping loss in overtime.

In a spectacular show of teamwork, enthusiasm and determination, team Malibu has won their first game of the season against the Trojans. In no small part thanks to the work of the Murray brothers (#22, #2) who put up 5 goals and 4 assists for Malibu. Despite Trojans Coach J. Van Nostrand (#43) setting an example and scoring two goals himself, the Trojans lost 10-6.

For the first game of the night, there was no shortage of anxiety on both sides. Team West Express would be fighting to stay undefeated and the Chiefs would be seeking to avenge their first and only loss of the season. In the end, the coordinated and ruthless Chiefs offense put up 10 goals against their rival, and hushing any doubts that they had a challenge to the crown. Final score was 10-4 in the Chiefs favor.

T. Burkhard led all goal scorers with 4 goals on the day and M. Montgomery had 3 goals and 1 assist. Although Dirty Mike pulled out another win in 7v7 format, the Average Joe's looked like the Joe's of old with C. Carroll, C. McCuaig, D. Ormond, and P. Tanguay each punching in 2 goals. The match was much closer after the half when the Joe's opened play with three unanswered goals to tie the score. A much needed goal from the perimeter by H. Hirn would break the tie at 8-7 for Dirty Mike, and the team never looked back.

The ALX came out slinging yet again in the second match of the night for the Stars. Tom Conlin and Bryce Nalls once again managed 4 goal games each, alone managing to outdo the Stars. The Stars did shine early though with ISO plays from Gareth Francis and JR Massie. Despite losing in their double header, the Stars played their best ball yet to close out their season.

In what is likely the final match between the River Dogs and Stars, the Dogs pounded their way to a win. With hat tricks from the Kemble brothers and Kyle Greenfelder the Dogs put on an offensive show. Dogs take on ALX next, in what's likely a preview of the championship- can they repeat the same offensive power when taking on the undefeated ALX alum?

In a fast-paced game, the Brewins struck first, taking an early 1-0 lead with a quick goal that caught the Gamecocks off guard. However, the Gamecocks regrouped, responding with two goals of their own to take a 2-1 lead. The Brewins managed to tie it up at 2-2 just before halftime, setting the stage for what seemed like a close second half. The second half, however, was anything but competitive. The Gamecocks came out firing on all cylinders, completely dominating the Brewins. They unleashed a barrage of seven unanswered goals, turning what had been a tight contest into a lopsided blowout. The Brewins could only manage one more goal late in the game, but by then, the outcome was sealed. The Gamecocks cruised to a commanding 9-3 victory, overwhelming the Brewins with their relentless attack and sharp finishing.

The young and determined Trojans found themselves on the receiving-end of a powerful and coordinated Chief offense and defense. Doing what they do best, Chief midfielders moved the ball to Adam Dahms (#45) who scored an astounding five goals throughout the match. The Trojans used half-time to compose themselves, scoring four goals in the second half and nearly closing the goal difference. It was not the be. The final score was 10-7 in the Chief's favor.

In their unceasing advance towards the championship game, team West Express found team Malibu standing in their way this week. Despite high hopes for Malibu after their own M. Favaloro (#11) scored the first goal of the game, the momentum could not be sustained. Thanks to the effort of the phenomenal performance of West Express star goalie Phil Quist (#29) who would only allow two more goals to sneak his past him during the rest of the game. The final score was 11-3 in West Express's favor.

With low numbers the teams played 6v6 with Dirty Mike showing nifty passing and goal scoring throughout. A Melucci (4 goals, 2 assists), and P. McKay (4 goals, 1 assist) led all goal scorers. The win clinches the fall series, and punches Dirty Mike's ticket to Austin TX in January should the team decide to compete at Nationals.

River Dogs' Chris Honarmand netted a hat-trick, but the Dogs couldn't keep up with performances like Ryan Coleman four goal night and another pole hat-trick from Bryce Nalls. Dogs and Alums face each other again Halloween night- who can spark fear in their opponent and take the final regular season win?

In what is usually a predictable match-up, team Malibu put up a surprising fight against the Chiefs. The first goal of the game was scored by Malibu's own G. Robertson (#25) after some amazing team coordination that caught the Chiefs off guard. Despite the early hopes, the resistance was crushed under an onslaught of goals from the Chiefs. The final score was 11-4 in the Chiefs favor.

In their first game against each other, the Trojans were unable to be the team that stops the West Express tidal wave of goals. Derrick Sherrod (#30) alone scored four goals for West Express, the most of any player that night. Despite the efforts of Trojans goaltender E. Pergola (#25) and his eight fantastic saves, the final score was 14-8 in West Expresses favor.

The game was played 7v7 with plenty of players padding their stat lines. P. Mckay and M. Montalbano were the leading scorers for Dirty Mike. They had strong play from N. Ray and B. Dasche both with 1 goal, 1 assist. Dirty Mike had four other players score too, including goaltender B. Luketic who went coast-to-coast. For the Joe's, another week of strong goaltending by B. Kaemmerer, who posted 7 saves, including a couple flat our robberies. B. Garner led all scorers on the day with 3 goals, including a nasty behind the back. The teams will look to meet again next Sunday.

River Dogs and Stars played the best game of the season so far with an electric exchange of goals through the stretch. Goals flew back and forth in the first with a 6-6 tie at the half, but the Stars came out interstellar in the 2nd to go to a 12-9 lead with five minutes remaining. But, with hat tricks from Tyler Sorando and Chris Honarmand the Dogs weren't ready to be put down, they came back to tie the game with just a minute left. In the final 15 seconds of the game, Alexzander Hunt secured a save for the Stars and streaked across the field to sink a buzzer beater and put the league on notice as a versatile keeper.

ALX Alum once again showed they intend to hold the top of the league with an 18-12 win over the River Dogs. With nine different goal scorers, including pole goals from Ben Cox and Bryce Nalls, who also had a hat trick, the offensive fire power of ALX Alum was too much for the Dogs to keep up with. ALX has dominated the league - can they continue to reign through their double-header?
