Coach Johnson started playing lacrosse on the Eastern Shore of Maryland where she first picked up a stick at the age of 5. She was a four-year letter winner at her high school in Chapel Hill, NC and helped lead her team to the state championship game her senior year. After graduating from high school, Coach Johnson played Division 2 lacrosse at Belmont Abbey College in Charlotte, NC where she received her bachelor's degree in psychology. Throughout her college career, she worked as a lacrosse camp counselor at the University of North Carolina and Duke University where she coached beginner youth players. She recently relocated to Kansas City and is excited to bring her experience, passion and love for the game of lacrosse to a budding lacrosse market.
