Men's Spring Box Lacrosse Tourney Played at the Philadelphia Wings Training Center

Welcome to the ULAX Independence Cup. Games will be played at the Philadelphia Wings Training Center in Voorhees, NJ on April 16th. Register with a partial/full team or as a solo free agent and we'll place you on a team (space is limited).

Priority registration will be given to teams/clubs that participated in a ULAX sanctioned event in '21-'22 (see pricing for "ULAX-Affiliated Teams/Clubs" below).

The Cost:
  • ULAX-Affiliated Teams/Clubs ('21-'22): $900
  • All Other Teams/Clubs: $1,000
  • Free Agents: $70/player
    • Priority Registration Deadline: Deposit must be received by February 28th. Space is limited so be sure to secure your spot sooner than later.

    Cost Includes:
  • Round Robin (2-3 scheduled games/team (18-minute running halves))
  • Playoff Tournament for the top teams (18-minute running halves)
  • ULAX Tournament Jersey (required to play - unless given prior approval to wear team custom unis)
  • Photos and Stats
  • Certified officials
  • Championship prize (e.g., shirts) for the Champs
  • Champions Team name added to the Independence Cup Trophy!!

    • The Format:
    All teams will compete in a 2-3 game round robin on the morning of Saturday, April 16th to determine seedings; and the top teams will advance to the tournament playoffs in the afternoon of Saturday, April 16th (tiebreaker: gf/ga differential). Each team will be scheduled to play a minimum of three games.

  • Round Robin: 2-3 games/team (10am - 3pm)
  • Playoff Tourney for the Top Teams (3pm - 7pm) - NOTE: Tiebreaker, if any, based on GF/GA differential.

    Signing up solo? Register as a free agent and we'll place you on a team.


    WEATHER POLICY:
    Games will be played rain or shine unless there is severe weather. We will send a tourney wide email to notify all players of any postponements/cancellations.

    REFUND POLICY:
    No refunds. In the event we have to cancel the tournament due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., state restrictions), we will provide a pro-rated credit based on the number of games played. No credits will be issued after two games have been played.
