Dallas 2018-2019 Men's Indoor Winter League

League Format: 7 on 7 (2-2-2-1 w 2 poles)
Games played at the Frisco Indoor Sports (click link for directions).

All Players Must Provide Their Own Equipment

Team captains/organizers: E-mail us at dallas@ulax.org if interested in entering a team into the league.

Cost Per Player:
-Registration Fee: $115/player (through 11/21)
-*Team/Group Registration Fee- Register with a group of 5 or more: $100/player (through 11/21)
-*Student Registration Fee (for current students with valid student ID): $85
-Late Registration Fee (After 11/21) - applies to both individual and group registrants: $135
*Discounts will be applied after registration where applicable - Student Discount: contact us at dallas@ulax.org once you are registered, attaching your valid ID and we will issue a refund to honor the discounted rate.

Cost Includes:
  • 5 Regular Season Games
  • Playoffs for Top Teams
  • ULAX Jersey/Shooter Shirt
  • Photos and Stats
  • Championship prize (e.g., shirts) for the league champs
  • League Officials
  • National Championship 2022 Qualifier: League champions will receive an automatic bid to the ULAX '22 National Championship tournament.

    Additional Registration Info.:

    Building your own team? Email us your team name and we'll get it up on the site for your players to begin registering.

    Playing with friends? Sign up as a free agent, enter the names of the players in your group in the "friends who also play in this league" field when registering (all players in the group must register prior to the deadline to guarantee placement on the same team).

    Signing up solo? Register as a free agent and we'll place you on a team (space is limited)

    NOTE: All players must pay via PayPal to complete registration, however, you do not need a PayPal account to do so, just have a Debit / Credit card ready when registering.

    Refund Policy: Full refunds will be issued only if requested prior to the registration deadline.
